Complaints policy

What this covers. Complaints about this website and about how we handled your enquiry — for example, if your details were passed on when you didn't ask for that, or if nobody got back to you.

Work carried out by an installer. We are a referral service and are not a party to any contract between you and an installer. Complaints about quotes, workmanship or payments should go to the installer directly. If you tell us about a problem, we will take it into account when deciding which installers we pass enquiries to.

How to complain. Email hello@deankeating.com with your name, the date of your enquiry and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint and reply to it as soon as we can.

Your data. If your complaint is about your personal data and you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
